Lettings Service Fee: marketing, using portals, advertising, accompanied viewings, offer negotiations, reference checks including Right to Rent, credit check, proof of address, ID checks, employment/accountants/income checks, previous landlord check if applicable. Preparing of tenancy agreement, registering of the deposit with the Deposit Protection Service, collection of first months rent and deposit. All relevant legal documention and checks which are current for letting out your property. 7% of rent payable plus vat
Additional copies of statements or tenancy agreements £10 per document
Negotiating deposit disputes with you, your tenants and the DPS £50 per deposit
Providing documentation to you or any warranty firm in the case of a claim £50 per claim
Providing documentation to you or your solicitor in the event of an eviction FORM £50 per claim

Renewal of Tenancy: Please see your Terms of Business which will detail the future costs  
Reference Check: reference check including credit checks, employment/accountant/income check, previous landlord reference if applicable, right to rent check, proof of address check, ID checks. £125 PP
Administration Fee: Safety certificates, legal documentation, deposit registration, collection of first months rent in advance, standing order mandate to enable future payments to your landlord. £50 per tenancy
Deposit: 6 weeks of rental payable unless otherwise stated on the property details  
Change of Sharer: referencing new tenant, deposit update, prescribed information notice £225
Renewal of Tenancy: £30pp
Right To Rent Recheck: visa updates on renewals or during a tenancy agreement £50pp
Landlord Reference for new tenancy: Providing a reference for your new landlord/agent £30pp
